4. You've not met the property owner/agent face-to-face or at their official and authentic office premises

How do I add an escrow agreement

To add an escrow agreement, go to the 'Book Securely' tab on the app. Click on the 'New Agreement' button to add an agreement and follow the prompts. To add the agreement to escrow, load your escrow wallet as guided on the app.

How can I release funds if am satisfied

To release funds and complete the agreement, this is done via the app by clicking on the 'Complete Agreement' button. The funds will be released to the property managers account and both the property manager and you will receive a confirmation SMS.
